Landes Terrace is a thoughtfully designed 14-home neighborhood being built in the paired-home style right here in Port Townsend. Volunteers are helping with everything from framing, siding, and exterior work to painting, flooring, and landscaping. There's plenty of room for all skill levels. Whether you're picking up a hammer for the first time or bringing years of experience, you're helping turn the dream of affordable homeownership into reality for local families. We're glad you're here.

Directions & Parking
From Sims Way, turn at the light onto Haines Place toward the park and ride. Turn left at the four-way stop onto 12th Street. Enter the park and ride at 440 12th Street.
We ask all volunteers to park here rather than on the street near the site. Landes Terrace is an active construction zone with subcontractors coming and going throughout the day, and street access needs to stay clear for their vehicles and deliveries. Parking at the park and ride also helps us be good neighbors to the surrounding community. From the park and ride, the walk to the site is about a quarter mile: head north on Landes Street, turn west on 14th Street, then north on Landes Terrace. You'll see the site straight ahead.
