Volunteers are the heart of everything we do at Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County, and that includes our office! If you love organization, teamwork, and a good checklist, our administrative team would love your help. Office volunteers keep our operations running smoothly by assisting with data entry, filing, phone calls, mailings, event coordination, and special projects that support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

Whether you have a few hours a week or just want to help occasionally, your time makes a real difference. You’ll join a friendly, mission-driven team that values flexibility, laughter, and purpose in equal measure.

Opportunities include:

Greeting guests and answering phones to support staff lunch time

Supporting volunteer and homeowner records

Helping with mailings, events, and community outreach

Assisting with communications, data, or general office projects
